About me
For many years I have worked to enhance approaches to personal and professional learning and change. Within all of my activities the focus on people and their learning is core to success.
Whilst valuing the scientific basis of psychology I also value and admire the artistry of its creative application. We can truly use it as we learn to author our personal futures and support others in doing the same.

Professor Mary Watts
PhD. C.Psychol. Fellow, Higher Education Academy
I Value...
people and their differences, learning from living.
I encourage...
listening, curiosity, shared & personal learning, self reflection and 'unknowing'.
I believe in...
the power of story telling, reflections, anticipations, people and their strengths.
I am...
a creator, incubator, writer, researcher, positive and fun person, family orientated, dog lover, swimmer and walker. I am emeritus professor of psychology, fellow of the Higher Education Academy, a chartered psychologist, coach, supervisor, change agent and leader and director of Meyler Campbell Mastered (business coach) Programme, www.meylercampbell.com/our-people/mary-watts
My Strengths...
include creative thinking & practice, unleashing this in others, living with uncertainty and ambiguity. I have a particular interest in the strengths and challenges associated with autism.
My dreams...
are for greater integration of well-being with daily living, questioning of 'common sense', challenging of assumptions and valuing of difference.

Words from clients
